Organizational Culture towards Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030: Evidence from National Water Company

(1) Background: Organisational culture provides a framework and guidelines that influence behaviour control employees’ performance activities. (2) Methods: This study uses Hofstede’s five dimensions of organisational to understand better the three National Water Company’s (NWC) branches in Saudi Arabia. A random sample 500 employees, consisting 50 managers, 100 supervisors, 350 officers, were surveyed, 334 reliable responses received. SPSS was employed analyse responses, empirical findings suggest NWC’s corporate is line with Hofstede. (3) Results: There sharp contrast between male female men ranking power distance, uncertainty avoidance, collectivism, masculinity, short-term orientation, high, women them low. Unfortunately, innovation productivity suffer within this autocratic culture, resulting NWC not meeting Arabia’s new national mandates outlined Vision 2030. (4) Conclusion: The recommends how HRM can help change its increase productivity.
